Description and price
The most important fields when creating a new LOT is the description and price fields.
To open the Lot (LOT) application, find Auction in the RamBase menu and then Receiving lots. Click Lots to enter the LOT application.
Highlight the desired LOT and press ENTER.
Choose the different classification categories in the Classification box using the drop down menus.
Enter a description in the Description box. This text will be visible for the customer.
Choose the desired category in the LotType field.
The Remark text field in the Catalog production may be filled in. This will not be visible for the customer.
Enter all available pricing information the Pricing box to the right.
The HandleFee field contains pricing information regarding the fee required by the auction house to handle the suppliers item.
After the description and pricing is finished, you may press F12 to open the action menu and choose the option Edit Finished. This will activate the LOT and set it to ST:2.
