Absence overview report

Use the Absence overview report (REPORT/113538) to provide an absence overview in percentage and hours per Employee (PER). The report shows an overview over self certification, Full time sick leave, graded sick leave, child care, paid short time leave and Leave of absence for a specific period. In addition there are several Total columns that calculate values from other columns in the report.

To follow up on Sickness (Full time sick leave, Self certification and Graded sick leave) on an employee, the columns Total Sick leave hours and Total Sick leave percent can be used. To follow up total absence, the columns Total absence hours and Total absence percent can be used.

Leave of absence columns, Leave of absence hours and Leave of absence percent includes all kinds of Leave of absence, both paid and unpaid.

By default the report shows numbers from current year, but this can be overridden by specifying a from/to date in the From date and To date fields. Use the filter builder to filter on Department (DEP), Work scheme (WSR), one Employee (PER) or on several Employees (PER).

Users can order the report as a file, print or schedule the report. Use the Column settings to add/remove columns. Be aware if you remove columns from the reports, data is still used for calculation of values in Total columns in the report.

Users with role HR manager can see absence information for all employees, and users with HR Department Manager can see absence information for the employees they are approving hours for.
