General roles
Superuser
Administration of miscellaneous company configurations that administration specific roles (like Admittance Administrator, Output Administrator and Report Administrator) do not cover.
Relevant permissions:
Access to all company settings and configurations.
Create and maintain custom fields.
Maintain approval configurations.
Maintain employees and users.
Report Administrator
Manage customer reports and scheduling of reports.
Relevant Permissions:
Generating reports and analytics.
Overall management of the subscription module.
Viewing and managing all subscriptions and customer data.
Overseeing billing, invoicing, and payment processing.
Product Manager
Product Manager is responsible for the Product register, classification rules, Product grouping etc.
Relevant Permissions
Create and maintain product classifications
Create and maintain product equivalents
Manage product status
Create products
Create and maintain manufacturers
General manager
Relevant Permissions:
Manage subscription contracts
Inspect subscription reports & analytics
Approve and activate customers
Finance manager
A finance manger is mainly in charge of financial reporting, control and reconciliation, but can be engaged in daily book-keeping excersises as well. The finance manager is in charge of the company's accounting structure in RamBase.
Relevant Permissions:
Analyze receivables subscription statistics
Analyze forecast subscription statistics
Maintain VAT setup
Create and maintain finance projects
Maintain financial budgets
Monitor and analyze subscription contracts
Approve/activate customers
Accounts Receivables Clerk
An Accounts Receivable Clerk is engaged in day-to-day book-keeping duties on receivables.
Relevant Permissions:
Maintain customer financial terms
Monitor subscription contracts
Inspect subscription reports and analytics
Maintain financial subscription settings on customer and contract
Create and send invoices to customers
Create and send credit note to customers
Create period and posting adjustments to invoices and credit notes
Create and maintain subscription rates
Finance controller
A finance controller is engaged in the daily book keeping, as well as periodically reporting and reconciliation jobs.

Subscription specific roles
Subscription manager - ROLE/102825
Will have the overall responsibility in the sales department. Will be involved in negotiating contracts with customers. Sales Manager will have responsibility for that the sales prices and rates in the system are correct. Will report to the leadership of the Company.

Follow up subscription quotes (reject/edit)
Inspect subscription reports and analytics
Create customers
Approve customers
Maintain subscription settings on customer and contract

Subscription representative - ROLE/102826
In addition to daily work as receiving customer orders, the sales responsible will be the one who give quotes and negotiate agreements with the customer. Will contribute to have correct rates in the system and maintain the customer archive.

Subscription assistant - ROLE/102827
Will do daily work as receiving and registering requests for quote and orders from customers, and will maintain the customer backlog. May also help the sellers with their tasks when required, as e.g in quoting.
