End Auction
After the auction is done, you will need to perform the End Auction action.
While in the Auction Event (EVT) view, press F12 to open the action menu and choose the option End Auction to close the auction.
This will send the EVT document to ST:9, and the Bidnotes to ST:9, if this has not been performed earlier in the process.
