Create a new LOTSSA

To open the Lot (LOT) application, find Auction in the RamBase menu and then Receiving lots. Click Lots to enter the LOT application.

There are three tabs in the LOT window, Objects, Receptions and Schedule. To create a new LOTSSA you have to work in the Receptions folder.

  1. Click the Create new button to register a new LOTSSA.

  2. Select the supplier/seller (SUP) in the Name field

  3. Fill in additional delivery details.

If you wish to deliver several LOTs in a series (i.e. several coins or stamps of the same kind) and you want them to have sequential numbering (for online auctions), you can use the option at the top called Add Lots.
