[en] Serial number and SSA handling

[en] In order to use this functionality, the product must be picked from multiple Good reception items (SSAITEM).

[en] Starting Point

  • [en] From the Operators list of production work order operations (RWOO) application, search for the desired work order operation

  • [en] Click the Arrow button to the most right hand column of the work order operation to open the Work order operation (WOO) application.

[en] In the Work Order Operation (WOO) application

  1. [en] In the right side of the application, select the Product units tab.

  2. [en] Then find the Product unit column.

  3. [en] Click the Arrow icon to the right of the product unit identifier. The Life cycle management (LCM) application is opened.

  4. [en] In the Life cycle management (LCM) application, click the Part List tab.

  5. [en] In the Serialno column, type in the serial number for the selected part. Press Enter.

    [en] Alternatively, select a serial number by clicking the Select SerialNo icon.

  6. [en] The associated Good reception item (SSAITEM) is automatically selected in the Heatno/Quality column.

[en] Deactivate validation of serial numbers in LCM part list

  • [en] If this setting is turned ON, the functionality is not applied.

  • [en] If this setting is turned OFF, the functionality is applied.
