[en] The Service Request ticket is used to request additional support services, such as:

  • [en] Custom Reports

  • [en] Custom Print

  • [en] Custom integration

  • [en] Activate extension

  • [en] Consultant services

  • [en] Development services

  • [en] Feature training

  • [en] New RamBase system

  • [en] New company in existing RamBase system

  • [en] New RamBase Test & Training system

  • [en] Clone a RamBase system

  • [en] Other requests

[en] After you have requested a service, wait for a response from the RamBase team. If the request is for a chargeable service, you will receive an email that contains the estimated billable hours, a description of the solution, and a link to the approval form.

[en] In the approval form, select YES to accept the billable hours and select Submit to initiate the assignment,

[en] You will receive an email when the solution is available, and ready to be tested.

[en] If you don’t approve the solution, we will invoice the time used to estimate a solution – if we have used more than one hour.
