Tworzenie LCM

Dokument zarządzania cyklem życia (LCM) jest tworzony w trzech sytuacjach:

  1. Jest tworzony automatycznie ze zlecenia produkcyjnego (PWO) przez opcję Zwolnij dla serwisu produkcyjnego

  2. Jest tworzony ręcznie bez wcześniejszej produkcji (dla wynajmu i serwisu)

  3. Jest importowany do systemu z produkcji OEM

  4. [en] Manually created via the Life cycle management menu (LCM)

Tworzenie nowego dokumentu LCM

Dokumenty LCM są zazwyczaj generowane automatycznie, ale w razie potrzeby można je utworzyć ręcznie. Może to mieć miejsce, gdy firma kupuje zestawy, których nie produkuje samodzielnie, ale potrzebuje dokumentu LCM ze względu na serwis.

  1. Aby LCM mógł zostać utworzony, przyjęcie zewnętrzne (SSA) z zakupionym zestawem musi mieć status ST:3 lub ST:9.

  2. Otwórz SSA, zarejestruj je w statusie ST:3 i otwórz pozycję.

  3. W menu kontekstowym wybierz opcję Utwórz jednostki produktu (LCM) i jednostki produktu podrzędnego.

  4. Aby utworzyć LCM dla zakupionych produktów, w menu kontekstowym wybierz opcję Utwórz jednostki produktu (LCM) i jednostki produktu podrzędnego.

  5. W widoku pozycji SSA wybierz w menu kontekstowym opcję Wyświetl jednostkę produktu (LCM), aby sprawdzić dokumenty LCM.

[en] For users who do:

  • [en] not use the Service order (CSO) service model that need to create Product units (LCM) for old Products (ART)

  • [en] not run the Customer deviation (CDV) or Sales order (COA) repair model

  • [en] want to have a Product unit (LCM) to link the sale of spare parts to

[en] Requirements

  • [en] Permission (PRM) - Create life cycles (LCM) - PRM/100715

  • [en] Duty (DUTY) - Create service orders - DUTY/100414

[en] From the Life cycle management menu (LCM) application

  1. [en] Select the Create LCM option available from either the Context menu, or by right clicking and selecting the option from the dropdown menu.

  2. [en] In the LCMNEW popup, provide the following:

    • [en] Product by clicking the Right arrow icon and selecting, or type the Product (ART) name and press ENTER.

    • [en] Optional Text as a description for the new Product unit (LCM).

    • [en] SerialNo - Serial number must be provided.

    • [en] Qty - Quantity

  3. [en] To confirm, click the Confirm button.

[en] Product unit (s) (LCM) is now added to the Product (ART) in Status 9 - Processed.
